But you couldn't blame up-and-coming designer Lanre Da Silva-Ajayi if she was a little giddy after showcasing her latest collection at New York Fashion Week.
After the Arise Made In Africa showcase, the Nigerian fashionista took to the runway for a triumphant victory lap - and promptly stepped off the side.

Forbes Richest Men in Entertainment - No 1 Tyler Perry.
American publishing and media company Forbes has named American actor, director, playwright, screenwriter, producer, author, and songwriter Tyler Perry as the highest-paid man in Hollywood.
Atlanta, Georgia based Perry ranks first on the list with the gross earnings of $130 million (One Hundred and thirty million Dollars). Fellow filmmakers like Jerry Bruckheimer and Steven Spielberg followed closely in second ($113 million) and third ($107 million) positions respectively.

Apparently, the man who told Star Magazine that he once thought he was Jay-Z’s son’s grandfather now says he made the whole thing up based on things he had read online.
Jerald Andrews, a man who once thought he was the boy’s grandfather, told Star Magazine that DNA tests proved definitively that Jay-Z was the dad of the now 9-year-old tyke.But when contacted Wednesday by The Daily News, Andrews, 67, denied having any first-hand knowledge there was a DNA test.“I know Shenelle, but I’ve never spoken to her or my son about this. They’re very private people. The stuff about the DNA test was on the Internet. It’s all from an old article on the Internet,” he said. “I don’t know if it’s true.”According to Star Magazine, Andrews recently sat down for an exclusive interview to discuss the heartbreak endured by his son Malik Sayeed.“At the time (the baby) was born, my son Malik thought he was his child, but they did DNA tests,” Andrews reportedly told Star. “It’s been determined that (the child is) Jay-Z’s baby.”The love child story first surfaced in 2007, but Jay-Z’s camp vehemently denied any connection.“There is no truth to these ridiculous rumors,” the rapper’s rep told AllHipHop.com. “People should be ashamed of using this kind of story and exploiting a child for publicity and ratings.”Attempts to reach Jay-Z, 41, and his reps regarding the new Star report were not immediately successful.

Brad Pitt: I Was Pretending in My Marriage to Jen Aniston

Brad Pitt -- whose ex-wife once said he lacked a "sensitivity chip" -- looked back with a lot of candor on his failed marriage to Jennifer Aniston in a new interview.
Now 47 and happily ensconced in a globe-trotting family life with longtime partner Angelina Jolie and their six kids, Pitt gushes that he's a "satisfied man" these days.
"I spent the '90s trying to hide out, trying to duck the full celebrity cacophony. I started to get sick of myself sitting on a couch, holding a joint, hiding out. It started feeling pathetic," says the Moneyball star. He dated Gwyneth Paltrow from 1994 to 1997 and met Aniston, 42, in 1998. They married in 2000 and divorced five years later.
He went on about his pre-Jolie life: "It became very clear to me that I was intent on trying to find a movie about an interesting life, but I wasn't living an interesting life myself."
Why was he so glum? "I think that my marriage had something to do with it. Trying to pretend the marriage was something that it wasn't."
By contrast, life with Jolie, 36, is bonafide awesome, he says. "One of the greatest, smartest things I ever did was give my kids Angie as their mom. She is such a great mom," he gushes. "Oh, man, I'm so happy to have her."

Jay Z Denies Love Child, Claim Is Retracted
Well, that was easy.
Malik Sayeed didn't think his kid looked like him, so he claimed he had DNA evidence that it was Jay Z's and not his. Sounds fishy, right?
Shenelle's ex-boyfriend Malik Sayeed initially believed he was the father but he claimed the baby looked nothing like him, and his father Jerald Andrews told Star magazine that they then took a DNA which confirmed Jay as the father. However, Jerald has now told another publication that he is in fact not aware of any DNA test taking place.
Whomp whomp.
Here's what Jay's camp said:
"There is no truth to these ridiculous rumours. People should be ashamed of using this kind of story and exploiting a child for publicity and ratings."
Yeah, we didn't think it was true either!
Though, that would have been on heck of a Jerry Springer paternitytest episode!! Ha!

"Jay-Z is not about to become a father for the first time, it turns out, as the Girls Girls Girls singer has a secret son with a Trinidadian model, according to the father of the man originally identified as the love child’s father, who sat down for an exclusive interview with this week’s edition of Star.
The world gasped last month when the Big Pimpin’ singer’s wife, Beyonce Knowles, showed off her baby bump at the MTV Video Music Awards, but Andrews exclusively told Star the Empire State Of Mind rapper gave Trinidadian model Shenelle Scott a baby bump some nine years before.
Andrews, the father of Shenelle’s ex-boyfriend Malik Sayeed, told Star exclusively that “at the time [he] was born, my son Malik thought he was his child, but they did DNA tests. “It’s been determined that [the child is] Jay-Z’s baby.”
A source told Star that while Beyonce was initially livid about the secret son, she’s stood by her husband. The boy closely resembles the 99 Problems singer, who’s reportedly paying Shenelle child support. Malik, whose name was originally listed on the boy’s birth certificate, came to find out about the child’s real paternity, a source told Star.
After undergoing a DNA test that showed Jay-Z is the father, Malik kicked Shenelle out of his house, while Jay-Z made arrangements for mother and son to go back to Trinidad, where they now live comfortably on the rapper’s dime.
“Shenelle told me that Jay-Z gave her $1 million to keep her mouth shut,” Jerald tells Star. “My understanding is that he’s paying her child support. Shenelle took the money and bought herself a really nice house in Trinidad that the whole family lives in now.”
